How Powerful is your mind? Really!

Have you ever wondered how powerful the mind really is? Well, I have. I have been wondering this for a long

time. The desire to learn more about my brain and how my mind is connected have been boiling over lately. After

seeing programs where scientist are using your brain to operate computers and machinery, made my curiosity

past boiling point.

I always knew the brain operated on electrical and chemical signals, but never completely understood it. It

seems as though scientist are figuring it out. It was a recent study that showed how blind people's brain rewired

itself to sense emotion. Somehow a newly wired section of the brain tapped into the visual cortex and area of the

brain that distinguishes emotion. These legally blind people were able to detect emotions on people's faces. If

this is not an example of mind or brain power, then I don't know what is.

The point in the matter, is that; there is hidden powers in our mind. Powers we may not be fully aware of. If it

is your brain, your mind, why not explore this uncharted area? They say we only use about ten percent of our

brain. Well, I have a few questions.

What about the other ninety percent? And! Who are they? How can I reach, they? I guess I am trying to say, if

I wanted to explore my uncharted brain where do one start? It's not like I have access to some neurosurgeon, or

some super-psychologist. Most of us probably don't use the ten percent we do access to the best of our ability.

So where do we start?

When I first started looking for answers I turned to spiritual and religious teachings. I found that most

regarded the mind as powerful and maybe even somehow connected with God. Throughout history and even

today, it is clear that some people use their mind's better than others. Was this a biological gift, that no matter

how hard I studied, I would never be as clever. It reminded me of that super fast guy no one could beat running.

They were born with the gift of speed. Some people are born with the gift of thought. They just seem to make all

the right decisions. Wait a minute, are these just lucky people?

I don't know for sure but, there are some who believe there is a secret. If it is a secret why are they telling it

now? Oh, of course money. They all seem to want you to buy some book or video. The prices vary from claim to

claim, but one I found interesting was a man who gave you resale rights to the product I was buying. I thought

that was a plus. He was claiming to be able to teach you to use more portions of your brain. Now I have even

more questions. My questions are more than this article can bare.

To make this short I'll close by saying, "I thought to myself, I've wasted money plenty of times. If I try this

guy and it doesn't work, then it wouldn't be the first time I've totally

wasted money. However, what if it works? No, not like magic but, it may give me the insight I need to unlock my

own power. I know it's not some magic spell book. What if it is something I am missing, then if I don't buy it, I'm

a fool. I will remain a broke, insignificant (at least to most people), under achieving fool that I am. Here goes,
